This is a perfect example that you don't need to move to another house to enjoy a completely new dynamic in your kitchen space. The incredible amount of storage available on the tall, left unit made it possible to liberate the rest of the working areas and accomplish a light and fresh look.
The right-hand counter extends farther into the outside living area, integrating with the patio and allowing more functionality in the space.

CORAL GABLES PROJECT
The success of this project was the amazing result on an addition to a historic house, making the kitchen the heart of the home of a beautiful young family with a modern style warmed up by the gold and wood details. We took advantage of the vertical space to add as much storage as possible and keeping a the hood as a central point. the island adds warmth with the wood color and also connects the kitchen space with family room in a delicate way.

For this project, we kept the same layout of the original kitchen and still got amazing results with only a monochromatic color change and a few details like the open shelf space, evening out design lines, and adding a wall hood. Adding a complete piece of tempered glass in a light gray tone as the back-splash, helped us achieve this minimalist look and really brought the entire look together.

Working alongside the lead designer for this project, we created a simple yet functional custom kitchen for our client. The dark color palette blended perfectly between materials: quartz, laminated wood, and painted drywall. The black hardware throughout the kitchen enhanced the look and made a subtle contrast. This kitchen has what everybody desires.. a big island with spacious seating, bold looks, and a big hidden walk-in pantry for plenty of storage!

This project was accomplished in two stages: first, we started on the second floor updating all the bedrooms and bathrooms, and then we moved on to the living and utility spaces of this beautiful home.
The kitchen was a total challenge, requiring several walls to be removed to get this beautiful and spacious look.
With a clean finish and a new color palette selected by our design partner, we were able to deliver a brand new home within the same location.
This project covered kitchen, laundry, family and living areas, as well as a total makeover of the stairs.
